Founder
As the founder of Youth Housing Coalition, Jennifer combines her expertise in Human Rights with her passion for housing justice to mobilize youth to end homelessness. In a world where most underrepresented communities are left out of the decision-making process in their own neighborhoods, Jennifer delivers training on how to implement small scale housing development and put the power back in the hands of the people. In 2023 Jennifer was recognized by Hispanic Executive as a “30 Under 30” nonprofit founder for her work with YHC. Learn more about YHC.
SUSTAINABLE HOUSING - UNA USA
Global Goals Ambassador, Sustainable Development Goal 11
Jennifer serves the United Nations Association at the national level as a Global Goals Ambassador for SDG 11. In this role, she represents the UNA at conferences, summits, and other events on the topic of Sustainable Development. She also led and co-hosted the first annual UNA Sustainable Summit which brought together over 200 government, private sector, and nonprofit leaders. In 2023, Jennifer was recognized at the annual UNA Leadership Summit for her achievements as a Global Goals Ambassador.
FOOD AND CULTURE
Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger
Through her advocacy and sustainability work Jennifer has had the opportunity to serve communities around the world. These stories of traveling have led to discoveries through food, culture and politics. Jennifer works alongside organizations to center an intersectional approach within their work that keeps culture and identity front of mind. Jennifer’s work addresses generational disconnect with nature through storytelling of food and culture.
LATIN AMERICA AND ESG
Jennifer navigates the intersection of sustainable development, global reputation building and alignment within Latin American. She sparks change, guides organizations in harnessing the UN’s 17 SDG goals, and projects a positive narrative for Latin American organizations on the international stage. Our focus is not merely on change, but on meaningful, internationally recognized transformation.
